If you use our article return form, handling returns will become as easy as 1-2-3, for you and for us.
After filling the form, you will get an RMA number for unique identification of your return. Please print the repair note that contains this RMA number and enclose it in your package.
If you return a board that works with memory modules, please leave any memory modules installed!

I agree to pay a lump sum for inspection of 100 € per board, unless the board is repaired. When a device or a system is returned, the lump sum for inspection is calculated from the number of boards in the device or system.
Note: For repairs MEN charges a lump sum per board (at MEN's sole discretion) or the time and material expenditure.
